This panino, created to celebrate Expo Milano 2015, is defined by the chef as "Italian gastronomic architecture to experience in one bite". Its aim is to tell the story of Italy and its flavours through recognisable, memorable and exportable ingredients such as Parma ham, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. Certified by the Fondazione Accademia del Panino italiano.
The roast turkey breast is light, low in calories, vacuum cooked with no added fats, and seasoned only with fresh rosemary, sage and thyme. Curry mayonnaise with a unique oriental flavour. Toasted almonds and Venere rice give it an unmistakable crunchiness.
A great Italian classic, with all the freshness of the tomato and creaminess of buffalo mozzarella, accompanied by fresh oregano and basil and a drizzle of oil, for those who are looking for something light without foregoing flavour.
