Rye bread with grains and mixed seeds containing speck: an extraordinary boned and smoked IGP product, which preserves the fragrance of spices with salt, pepper, juniper, rosemary and bay leaves in each slice. The smoking with beech wood brings to mind alpine valleys and mountain peaks. Brie, with a soft centre and a white mould rind, comes from Seine-et-Marne (Paris) and, finally, the delicate pink sauce from the Emilia Romagna region, its light flavour gaining in strength thanks to the tomato.
