Prague ham is a cured meat with a great history. Coming directly from the time of the Austro-Hungarian rule, it is now an established part of the Milanese tradition. Its production is similar to that of cooked ham with the difference that it is cooked in ovens exclusively with beech wood. It is to this process that we owe the delicate aroma of smoked, soft and rosy cured meat, with an excellent balance and strong personality. The Edam cheese is made from cow's milk, typically from the Netherlands. Its taste is both sweet and salty, with a delicate aroma and walnut aftertaste. The pink sauce originated in the Emilia Romagna region, its distinctive light and delicate taste gaining in strength thanks to the tomato.
