The main ingredients of this panino are bresaola PGI (air-dried and salted beef) from the Valtellina region which undergoes a slow and gentle ageing process through which the taste and flavour of this fresh and low-fat cured meat are developed. Bresaola is a vibrant bright red and remains firm and not overly salty in the mouth. The mozzarella from the Campania region is fresh and soft with an intense milk flavour.
