The Sbagliato
A panino to celebrate our fortieth anniversary, inspired by the Negroni Sbagliato, the most iconic cocktail in the history of Milan. We chose only ingredients of excellence to represent our area: Bresaola Sbagliata from the Italian Gran Riserva , marinated in Campari and flavoured with chilli and bay leaves, a new generation of bread, with extra moisture and fragrance thanks to the mixture of Italian organic flour and Venere rice flour, from nutritionally rich grains. Salva Cremasco, a typical cheese of the Lombard tradition, made with raw cow's milk. The ingredients are finally brought together with a fresh cheese spread on the two parts of bread, a hand crushed green olive, gherkin and orange zest tapenade, resulting in the right balance between savoury and sweet, creamy and crispy.
