TRA I DUE
Created in 2012, it represents the development of the panino, a perfect blend of past and present. It is named after the futurist expression "Tra i due" (“between the two”) devised conceived by Marinetti in 1929 to indicate the filled panino before Anglicisms were allowed. Certified by the Fondazione Accademia del Panino italiano. Bread made from wheat flour and grano arso, Valtellina bresaola, burrata, fresh cream cheese, taggiasca olives and courgette flowers.
