Store managers are accountable for the overall success of their stores. They are responsible for attaining target company goals and performing to company standards. They execute and implement formative plans/training plans in-store, and act as liaison between resources and services.
Floor Managers must have optimal organizational skills. They must be aware of the company set standards for back-of-house and front-of-house. They coordinate with Store Managers so as to promote improvement and enact strategies, as well as taking on their duties in case of absence.
MAESTRO DEL PANINO
Maestros are, for all intents and purposes, artisans deeply involved in and tied to Panino Giusto’s working context. They have specific knowledge and techniques pertaining to Panino Giusto’s raw/pre-handling and fi nal product, which they employ during handling, conservation, storage and recipe executional procedures.
Bartenders must have great organizational skills regarding work flow/order stream, as well as complete knowledge of the company standards pertaining to bar and dessert service.
ADDETTO DEL PANINO
The cadets must know and apply the company standards for product handling, conservation, storage, and recipe execution. They are trained in the company know-how to cover all snack roles/kitchen brigade roles.
Convivers have great seating area organizational skills. They are extensively knowledgeable in company set dining room floor standards. Convivers collaborate with the dining room floor waitstaff to implement sales strategies.
Commis must be skilled in handling the dining room floor and knowledgeable about company set standards. They cooperate with the rest of the dining room floor waitstaff to implement sales strategies, faster processes, and closing protocols.
